Water
Drink a large glass of ice cool water or take a shower in it, or just immerse your feet in cool water with some ice cubes to feel better.
Lemon
A dash of lemon juice in cold water with sugar or honey is an effective way to beat the heat out of your body. Drink it 3-4 times a day to keep you refreshed and full of energy.
Coconut water
Drinking coconut water each day is one of the best remedies to reduce body heat hence keeping your body hydrated.
Mint
Drink an ice cool mint tea 3-4 times a day whenever you feel increasing body heat to lower your temperature effectively.
Watermelon
Watermelon can be combined with other hydrating fruits and vegetables like strawberries and cucumber to make a salad, or drink a cool refreshing watermelon juice to maintain body temperature.
Aloe Vera

We offer a more personal and private experience and since the place that we work is also our home there are certain rules that we hope clients will follow too. Below are some which I hope my clients will understand and try to abide by :

always text me first upon your arrival and not come up straight. Thousand and one things can happen just the minute before your arrival and I want my place to always be in the best tiptop condition when my client arrives hence kindly do me this favour. Also do not loiter around my corridor while waiting for my return text as this might upset my neighbours too;

some clients have a good habit of being punctual and that’s fine but do not arrive too early cause I might still be in the mid of serving the first client and might not be able to respond to you. Certainly do not surprise your masseurs by appearing at their doorstep before giving the greenlight to come up even if you arrive early;
-
kindly refrain from smoking just before coming up as this will somehow fill my room with cigarette stench which non-smoking clients might find unpleasant;

do not apply too much perfume (best is not apply any) if you are coming from home and do not wish to shower at my place before the massage;
-
always rinse your mouth before the massage using the mouth wash provided, if possible;
-
no need to knock my door hard and loud as I will always stand by once I sent you the text to come up. No need to go through the trouble of sending me text when you are already at my doorstep just a gentle knock will summon me to open the door right away. 💋

** Sleep is critical to a healthy brain. While we're at rest, the brain is performing such important tasks as consolidating memories and clearing toxins. Add stress to lack of sleep, and the brain really starts to stumble.
Here are some of the dos and don'ts for a better sleep :
1. Get up at the same time every morning
2. Go to bed only when you feel sleepy
3. Give yourself only 20 minutes to fall asleep
4. Have a cool, quiet and dark bedroom
5. Keep regular rituals and routines before bedtime
6. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and cigarette in the evening
7. Exercise moderately in the late afternoon or early evening
8. Have a light snack perhaps with warm milk in the evening
9. Don't oversleep
